    How can I skip my next shipment but keep my subscription active?

    1. Go HERE > enter the email associated with your subscription > click Send login code.
    2. You'll receive an email from us containing a code that expires in 4 minutes. 
    3. Enter the four digit code from your email back in the The Candle Club login page.
    4. Navigate to the subscriptions page, and select manage on the item you want to pause.
    5. Select "Skip Shipment" out of the options under "Your next order".
