With the launch of The Candle Club, we have included online accounts. If you can't access your account, you might have a Candle Club subscription without an online account. Here's how to fix it:
- Go HERE > enter the email associated with your subscription > click Send login code.
- You'll receive an email from us containing a code that expires in 4 minutes.
- Enter the four-digit code from your email found in The Candle Club login page.
That's it! You should have an online account automatically linked to your subscription. From there, you can make changes to your account or subscription. Log in anytime by clicking "Manage Subscriptions" at the top of the page.
